Last night, we thought we'd give Anna her first proper meal - baby rice cereal.
Over the past few weeks, Anna has been given a variety of foods to taste, and she always seems so interested in our food, we thought she was ready for solids.
And we were right! She ate nearly the whole bowl, and eventually grabbed the spoon herself to put in her mouth.
It was very funny. Such a mess - food all over the face, hands, clothes, the chair. And she squirmed everytime she swallowed. Some of the faces she was pulling was priceless - but none the less she appeared to like the food.
How exciting to be eating food for the first time (though you wouldn't know it but it tastes like cardboard - I promise to give you much yummier food in the future).
