Belated: Father's Day

Ok, so I figure it's now the 1st of October, so it's quite fitting that I put up the father's day blog exactly one month late. Hey, better late than never.

Unfortunately this Father's Day blog will really have nothing to do with Adam. I feel so sorry for him, he was sick as a dog with the flu, and not 'man flu' but 'kill me, dying, can't move flu'. And drugged up on anything we could find in the medicine cabinet, he went off to work to make a good impression considering it was only his second week in at his new job. But we tried to give him the best father's day we could. Anna painted Adam a lovely picture and got him a great mug, and wrote him a special letter too. Maybe next year we can make Father's Day extra special for him.

Well, it was the first father's day Anna had experienced, and in usualy Morris style, there was a feast and good company and lots of love and laughter.

We went over to visit Pa. Anna also painted a lovely picture for Pa too, it even said 'PA'. We had lots of fun painting pictures for the special daddy's in our lives. And I actually felt like a 'real mum' having organised such lavish gifts :)


What a great, yet unfortunate day. Next year.

P.S. Can I just point out how much I hate the new photo editor on Blogger. It is STUPID!
